We have one strongly held belief about the economics: the platform should never take a cut of your tickets. Per-ticket fees punish you for succeeding — the bigger your room, the bigger the platform’s slice. Houselights is a flat subscription instead, so every dollar a buyer spends on a ticket is yours. That’s the wedge, the differentiator, and the promise we won’t compromise on.
